Here's another quick, low carb recipe for chillin' and grillin' this summer. These hot, buttery chicken skewers are simply irresistible! And, with a good amount of hot sauce, they've got a great kick!
Only 7 carbs per serving.
3.Coat the chicken well and marinate it for a few hours (preferably overnight).
4. Add a dil pickle to the end of each skewer. Then, add the chicken pieces. The last thing to be added should be a pickle.
5.Preheat the grill to high.
6.Place the chicken on top and grill on each side.
7. After grilling, allow the chicken skewers to cool on a plate.
8. Now, you can start to make the butter glaze. Melt the butter in a pan (or the microwave) add the paprika, cayenne, black pepper, brown sugar, and hot sauce. Use a whisk to incorporate the ingredients well.
9. Using a pastry brush, apply the butter directly to the pieces of chicken. Serve immediately.
Yum! Hope you enjoy these! :-)
