Diabetes Awareness Month: #NoSugarNovember

Diabetes Awareness Month: #NoSugarNovember
November is Diabetes Awareness Month -- an especially important time to come together as a community and promote awareness of diabetes and how it affects nearly 500 million people worldwide. It's also a time to reflect and remind ourselves of our own personal health goals and make sure we are on track to achieve them. Need some help getting started? Join the One Drop Team as we take on the #NoSugarNovember Challenge!

Challenge: #NoSugarNovember

For Diabetes Awareness Month, the One Drop Team is challenging the entire One Drop community to make it a #NoSugarNovember. That means avoiding all added sugars and eating as low-carb as possible for the entire month. It's a tough challenge, but we know you can do it! (Note: When your blood sugar is low, you are exempt from these rules -- go ahead and eat to treat that low ASAP! ;-) )

Want to get involved?

Join us as we raise diabetes awareness and promote healthy food choices all month long!
  • Take pictures of your low-carb / sugar-free meals
  • Post your pics on FacebookInstagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #NoSugarNovember
  • Share #NoSugarNovember with all your friends, and get them to join in too!

Need some help eating low-carb?

All throughout this month, we'll be posting diabetes-friendly, low-carb recipes with no added sugar. Follow @OneDropToday on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to keep up with all the goodness! We'll also be sharing our recipes in the One Drop app, so be sure to check the News tab each day. :-)

We're in this together!
