iOS:
- Tap the menu button (4 dots) on your home screen and select food
- Tap Search Food Library
- Search food library or use barcode scanner (icon next to search bar)
- Tap Add & Continue after each item until you’ve found all your meal’s ingredients
- Tap Log Now after final ingredient
- Add meal type, tag, note, photo or feeling to any meal
- Tap Save
Android:
- Tap the menu button (4 dots) on your home screen and select food
- Tap Add Foods from Library
- Search food library or use barcode scanner (icon next to search bar)
- Continue to search and check food items until you’ve added all the ingredients. The ingredient count will be listed in the top right hand corner.
- Tap Add when you’re done
- Tap LOG THIS MEAL
Want to save the meal?
After adding your ingredients, either name the meal (iOS) or follow prompt (Android) that asks if you want to save your meal before logging. Saved meals will appear first when searching the food library.
Use Saved Meal
iOS:
- Tap the menu button (4 dots) on your home screen and select food
- Tap Saved Foods to view and use your saved meals
You can tap the edit next to any meal to adjust portion size. Add more ingredients by selecting meal from list, tapping Add & Continue and searching food library.
Android:
- Tap the menu button (4 dots) on your home screen and select food
- Tap Add Foods from Library and view your saved meals (listed under search bar)
