Unable to order test strips in-app? Make sure that:

1. The One Drop App is updated to the latest version offered on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Your credit card information is up-to-date and your subscription is active
3. You are consistently syncing your One Drop Glucose Meter and One Drop App. Unlimited users can order test strips so long as they are uploading their meter readings to the app via Bluetooth. Our system will automatically hold or cancel an order if a user is ordering >300 strips/month without syncing >300 readings/month. If you believe your account has been placed on hold, sync your readings and email us at customerservice@onedrop.today
