Returns and Refunds

First, since you’re reading this page, it means you’ve likely ordered a One Drop Glucose Meter or are still thinking about it. So, thank you!

Diabetes can be hard, so we want your experience with One Drop to be easy.

See below for the basics on how One Drop returns and refunds work. Note that return and refund policies vary depending on where you purchased your One Drop product.

Items bought from One Drop:

If you are not satisfied with your One Drop Glucose Meter purchase from onedrop.today for any reason, please contact customerservice@onedrop.today within 30 days of your order. Full refunds are available for unopened items.

Subscriptions bought from One Drop:

Subscription cancellations for One Drop Test Strip plans, Lancets plans, or Coaching plans must be made prior to your next scheduled charge date.

  • If you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 30-day period. You will not incur additional charges.
  • If you cancel a quarterly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 90-day period. You will not incur additional charges.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your annual period. Your annual subscription will not renew, and you will not incur additional charges. 

Items bought from a retailer:

Return and refund policies vary by retailer. If you bought your One Drop Glucose Meter, test strips or lancets from Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Walmart or Jet, please check with the retailer for their policy.

Warranties & replacements:

We offer customers who buy a new One Drop Glucose Meter a limited lifetime warranty, where your new meter is covered as long as it has not been modified, altered, or misused. Under this warranty, we will replace or refund your meter and kit components if they are defective in material or workmanship. If you have an issue, please email us at customerservice@onedrop.today.
